Currently, foundation and site preparation are underway. Excavation, concrete foundations, drainage systems and utility connections are laying the groundwork for The Anchorage.

There’s so much work to be done before even the first shovel goes into the ground on a project like The Anchorage. While extensive planning, coordination, approvals and funding were being addressed, site preparation included: installing a solid boundary fence along the neighbouring property line, clearing some of the land, fencing the area, delivering a construction office and other early-stage activities.
