Currently, foundation and site preparation are underway. Excavation, concrete foundations, drainage systems and utility connections are laying the groundwork for The Anchorage.

Central Builders Home Hardware will be the primary supplier for the project. With deep roots in the Comox Valley and a long history of helping local builders, organizations, and community projects succeed, their knowledge, service, and commitment make them a valued partner as we bring The Anchorage to life.

The project is being guided by two experienced local constructors: Dan Fournier of DMF Contracting and Dean Woodworth of Bolar Development Group. Together, Dean and Dan bring decades of construction knowledge, practical problem-solving, and a strong understanding of the Comox Valley building industry. Working closely with L’Arche Comox Valley and our Project Development Committee, they’re helping to ensure that The Anchorage is thoughtfully designed, responsibly built, and positioned to create lasting positive impact in our community.
