September 28 – To make the most of the construction schedule and building efficiencies, different aspects of the project are underway simultaneously including framing, roofing and ground works.

Andrew Sheret Limited is providing all plumbing supplies for The Anchorage. As a family-owned business serving Vancouver Island for the past 134 years, Andrew Sheret is proud to support The Anchorage project and give back to the community that has supported them for generations.

Central Builders Home Hardware is the primary supplier for the project. With deep roots in the Comox Valley and a long history of helping local builders, organizations, and community projects succeed, their knowledge, service, and commitment make them a valued partner as we bring The Anchorage to life.

The project is being guided by experienced developers and local constructors: Dan Fournier of DMF Contracting and Dean Woodworth of Bolar Development Group. Together, Dean and Dan bring decades of construction knowledge, practical problem-solving, and a strong understanding of the Comox Valley building industry. Working closely with L’Arche Comox Valley and its Project Development Committee, they’re helping to ensure that The Anchorage is responsibly built, and positioned to create lasting positive impact in our community
